Kimberly R Freeman, MSW, PhD, is the Executive Associate Chair and Program Director of the MSW Program in the Department of Social Work and Social Ecology at Loma Linda University (LLU). She is a Social Worker and licensed clinical Psychologist with a specialization in working with high-risk children. Her practice and research specializations emphasis recovery and global practice, and include pediatric psychology, child trauma and child behavioral health, and the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with adolescents who engage in non-suicidal self-harm. Dr. Freeman is a member of the LLU International Behavioral Health Trauma Team.
