Dr. Bernard Davy received his medical degree from the University of Paris, France. He later received his Master of Public Health at Loma Linda, USA. He moved to Switzerland to work for Clinique La Ligniere (Lake Geneva Sanitarium) and for several university hospitals. He completed a post-graduate degree in Internal Medicine, and ten years later a post-graduate degree in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Dr Davy has a keen interest in combining both specialties in his practice. At present he also works as a head physician at the Clinique La Ligniere in Switzerland, an institution specializing in rehabilitation (cardio-vascular, orthopedic, neurological, internal medicine, oncology and psychiatry). He is president of the AMALF, an association of French speaking Adventist health professionals willing to support the health work in developing countries and Eastern Europe. Dr Davy and his wife, Chantal, have three grown children.
